* 1 lb. smoked sausage cut into ten pieces
* 1 (32 oz.) jar sauerkraut
* 2 C. unpeeled potatoes, thinly sliced
* 1 medium onion, sliced
Directions
1. Drain the sauerkraut well in a colander.
2. Once drained pour the sauerkraut into a baking dish.
3. Next layer the potatoes in the casserole.
4. Layer the onions on top of the potatoes.
5. Place the sausage on top of it all.
6. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
7. Bake the casserole 55 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender.
