South Seas Fruit Smoothie |
Ingredients

* 1 C orange juice
* 1 C papaya, peeled and diced
* 1/2 C mango, peeled and diced
* 1/2 C cantaloupe, peeled and diced
* 2 apricots, pitted and diced

Directions

1. Carefully pour the orange juice into the blender.
2. Place the papaya, mango, cantaloupe, and apricots in with the juice.
3. Cover the blender and puree the mixture for 1 minute.
4. If not smooth enough continue to puree at 30 second intervals until the desired consistency is achieved.

Story
|
This smoothie is incredibly sweet, but the orange juice has enough of a tangy flavor to sort of smooth out the other fruit. If it's still a bit sweet for your taste, add a splash of lemon or lime juice. It's all good!
