Soy Sweet Chicken - Crock Pot |
Ingredients

* 2 tbsp catsup
* 1 C of water
* 1/2 C white vinegar
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 C brown sugar, firmly packed
* 1 1/2 lb chicken breasts, cubed
* 2 tbsp corn starch
* 2 tbsp cold water

Directions

1. In the crock pot pour the catsup, water, vinegar and soy sauce blending well.
2. Stir in the brown sugar until most of the large lumps have dissolved.
3. Add the chicken to the crock pot and stir to cover.
4. Cook covered on low for 8 hours.
5. Put the cornstarch into a bowl and slowly add the water, stirring until smooth.
6. Stir the mixture into the crock pot.
7. Recover and place the temperature on high.
8. Cook for 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
