Spaghetti Turned Pizza

* 1 lb. angel hair spaghetti
* 1 cup milk
* 2 eggs
* 1 large (32 oz.) favorite spaghetti sauce
* 1/2 lb. ground beef (or combination ground beef, ground pork, or finely diced sausage).
* 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
* other toppings you like - pepperoni, olives, onions, green pepper, etc.

1) Cook spaghetti noodles and drain well.
2) Beat the milk into the eggs, then pour into the spaghetti noodles and toss well.
3) Spread this mixture evenly onto a greased jelly roll pan or other shallow baking sheet with sides, patting down firmly to form "crust."
4) Spread sauce over the top, cover with uncooked ground beef, or other meat, than continue adding your toppings.
5) Cover with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
6) Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbling hot and cheese is turning golden brown on top. Let stand about 5 minutes before slicing like pizza.

This is just a fun twist on both spaghetti and pizza that kids seem to enjoy a lot. Plus, if you always make way too many spaghetti noodles like I do, it's a great way to use up leftover noodles.
