Spiced Pumpkin Yogurt Smoothie


* 1/2 C pumpkin puree
* 3/4 C vanilla yogurt
* 2 tsp brown sugar
* 1/4 tsp cinnamon
* 1/8 tsp nutmeg
* 4 ice cubes


1. In a blender put the pumpkin puree and yogurt.
2. The brown sugar is added and pulsed just to combine.
3. The cinnamon and nutmeg is sprinkled into the mixture.
4. The ice cubes are added and blended until the mixture is smooth but still thick.
5. Pour into 2 milk shake type glasses.


Ready for pumpkin treats, but don't think you can eat even one more piece of pumpkin pie? Who says pumpkin has to be turned into pie ONLY? This is a great way to enjoy the flavor of the holidays without eating dessert... again.
