Summer Fruit Platter with Creamy Dip


* 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
* 1 (6 oz.) container vanilla yogurt
* 1 tsp. vanilla extract
* 1 tbsp sugar substitute or equal amount sugar

* Strawberries, quartered
* Watermelon, cubed
* Cantalope, cubed
* Grapes
* Bananas cut into bite size pieces


1. Place the cream cheese into a mixing bowl and fold in the yogurt and vanilla.
2. Using an electric mixer on high mix until smooth.
3. Blend in the sugar substitute well.
4. Arrange the fruit decoratively on a large platter.
5. Serve the fruit with the dip.


A fruit platter with a sweet and tangy dip is the perfect way to end the day! Even if you've had a big meal, a selection of fresh fruit will never get ignored. Bring this out for guests, or just treat your family after a hard day of work and play. It's very refreshing and pretty, too.
