Summertime Chilled Slaw

Ingredients

* 1/3 C plain nonfat yogurt
* 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
* 2 TBSP honey
* 2 C coarsely chopped cabbage
* 1/2 C shredded carrots
* 1/4 C chopped green pepper
* 1/4 C finely chopped celery

Directions

1. Place the yogurt in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add the vinegar and honey.
3. Stir until very smooth.
4. Fold in the cabbage, carrots, green pepper and celery.
5. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
