A very simple dish with a lot of flavor. Instead of using lemon juice, you actually will use undiluted frozen lemonade, which is tangy and sweet at the same time. The soy sauce cuts the sweetness a bit and gives the chicken a nice tender and flavorful finish.
Any time you use an acid, like orange juice or lemon juice, to cook meat or chicken in, it tenderizes while it flavors. This makes for a very nice dish. Serve with brown rice or a mixture of brown and wild rice, along with steamed broccoli and a wedge of lemon for a complete meal.
