1. Heat grill on medium heat.
2. In mixing bowl blend mustard and honey together.
3. Add water and mix thoroughly leaving no water standing.
4. Fold in oregano, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
5. Stir until all ingredients are blended together well.
6. Brush turkey with mixture being sure to coat both sides well.
7. Use remaining mixture for basting during grilling.
8. Grill until juice runs clear approximately 6 to 7 minutes.
