Super Charged Fruit Smoothie


* 1 banana, chopped
* 1 kiwi, peeled
* 1/2 apple, chopped
* 1/2 C of frozen mixed berries
* 1 C orange juice
* 1/2 C soy milk
* 1/2 C low fat plain yogurt
* 3 tbsp unsalted peanut butter
* 2 tbsp flax seed oil


1. Place all 4 types of fruit into a blender.
2. Pour in the orange juice and blend until smooth.
3. Add the soy milk, yogurt, peanut butter and oil.
4. Continue blending until all the ingredients are blended together well.
5. Pour into individual glasses and enjoy.


I'm thinking that this particular smoothie appeals to many people for different reasons. My family enjoys it because it tastes very yummy, as a smoothie should. It's sweet and refreshing. I happen to think it's about the most nutritious smoothie you can make. If you had to survive for a day on smoothies, I think this one would get you through with your dietary needs met. Besides that, it just tastes so good!
