* 2 (3 ounce) packages chicken flavored ramen noodles
* 1/2 cup vegetable oil
* 1/2 cup white sugar
* 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
* 1 (16 ounce) package shredded coleslaw mix
* 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained and sliced
* 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts
* 1 bunch green onions, chopped
* 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
* 1/2 cup cashews

Soak ramen noodles for 15 minutes in warm water.
In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, sugar, vinegar and seasoning packs.
Drain the noodles and combine with the coleslaw, oranges, water chestnuts, green onions and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Sprinkle with cashews before serving.
