Sweet Cocoa Loaf - Bread Machine |

Ingredients
|
*1 C of water
*1 (1 oz.) square of bittersweet chocolate, melted and cooled to room temperature
*1 egg
*3 tbsp of honey
*1 1/2 tsp salt
*3 1/4 C of bread flour
*1/3 C of buttermilk powder
*2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
*1 1/2 tsp of instant yeast
*1/2 C of chocolate chips

Directions

1. Place all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips into the bread machine.
2. Select the sweet cycle.
3. When the machine signals to add ingredients sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top of the dough and let the cycle complete.

This is a great excuse to eat chocolate for breakfast on a special morning. This recipe is a real winner with kids (naturally!) for sleep-over mornings. Enjoy!
