This simple recipe for glazed pecans can be used to create and appetizer or dessert. I especially like sugary glazed pecans served sprinkled over vanilla ice cream. Whether you like to snack on them or have them over ice cream, these beautiful pecans will be sure to please!
Be sure to give the pecans a good mixing a couple times during the baking process to ensure they all get nicely toasted. If I'm going to serve these pecans over ice cream, I like them to be still a bit warm. Yummy!
