Sweet Ham and Beans - Crock Pot

Ingredients

* 2 cans (15 oz each) pinto beans, rinsed & drained
* 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed & drained
* 1 can (15 1/2 oz) Texas style barbecue beans with their liquid
* 1 can (20 oz) unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
* 1/3 cup hickory flavored bbq sauce
* 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
* 1 medium onion, chopped
* 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
* 1 lb cooked ham, cut into 3/4" cubes
* 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Directions

1. Put everything except the red wine vinegar into the crock pot. Stir well but gently.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Add the red wine vinegar and serve.
