Honey ham is wonderful just baked and served as is, but what a great way to turn it into a special event!
Apple with citrus and raisins... how can you go wrong? Double this recipe for company, just change the cooking time to 5 to 6 hours.
If you want to use a fresh apple instead of pie filling, you can. Just chop up a tart apple into small pieces, and increase the water from 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup. You can also substitute apple juice for the water. This is a great recipe to play with. Enjoy!
