Sweet Pineapple Carrot Bread - Bread Machine |

Ingredients
|
*1 C of carrots, shredded
*1/2 C pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve juice)
*1/2 C pineapple juice (from reserved juice)
*1 tbsp vegetable oil
*1/4 C nonfat dry milk
*1 1/4 tsp salt
*3 tbsp sugar
*3 C of bread flour
*2 tsp of yeast

Directions

1. Place all of the ingredients into the bread machine pan.
2. Select the basic cycle.
3. When the cycle is complete cool the bread before slicing.
