Sweet Pineapple Pork Chops |
Ingredients

* 6 thick cut boneless pork chops
* 2 Tablespoons cooking oil
* 6 oz can frozen pineapple juice, thawed
* 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
* 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
* 1/3 cup honey

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Brown pork chops in large cast iron skillet in hot oil.
3. Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl and then pour over pork chops.
4. Cover skillet with tin foil and put in oven to bake for 45-50 minutes.
