Sweetheart Strawberry Mint Bisque |
Ingredients

*1 lb. fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
*10 mint leaves
*1 tsp lemon juice
*3 TBSP honey
*2 TBSP brandy
*2 C white wine

Directions

1. Remove 4 strawberries, cut in half and set aside.
2. Place the remaining strawberries into the blender.
3. Add the mint leaves to the blender.
4. Pour the lemon juice into the blender.
5. Spoon the honey into the blender.
6. Pour the brandy and wine over the top.
7. Cover and puree until very smooth.
8. Strain to remove the seeds.
9. Pour into a bowl, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
10. Pour into individual serving bowls and garnish with strawberry halves.
