Taco Chicken - Crock Pot


* 3 cups cooked cubed chicken
* 1 envelope taco seasoning
* 1 cup white rice
* 2 cups sliced celery
* 1 green bell pepper, chopped
* 2 cans (15 oz each) Mexican stewed tomatoes


1. Place all ingredients in crock pot and mix well.
2. Cook, covered on low for 4 hours.


My family loves tacos, but we don't always want to mix up a batch of traditional tacos all the time. Here we can season a dish like we do our tacos, but instead have a one pot meal. Everything you like about eating tacos you'll find right in this meal. You can even crumble up some taco shells and sprinkle on top of each individual serving. Even a dollop of sour cream is good, or whatever other toppings you normally use on your tacos. Have fun with this taco-like dish.
