Rachael Ray's 30-Minute Healthy Recipes
* 2 lbs of Hamburger Meat
* 1 onion chopped
* 1 can of each
small can of green chilies
* 1 package of Taco Seasoning
* 1 package of dry ranch dressing
* 1-2 c. of water or V-8 Juice
Brown meat with onions
Add all other ingredients
Simmer for 1-2 hours
Serve with grated cheese and chips
I add Sour Cream on the top of mine
