1. In bowl, put the sour cream, bleu cheese, dash garlic salt and black pepper, and stir together until blended well.
2. Put walnuts in a dry (not oiled) skillet over medium heat. Shake skillet until walnuts start to toast lightly; they will smell toasted, that's how you know they are done.
3. Serve by spooning generous portions of the cheese mixture over your favorite grilled steak, then sprinkling the toasted walnuts on top.

This steak sauce is similar to what many fancy steakhouses offer. It often accompanies bleu cheese stuffed filet mignon or tenderloin. But, you don't have to try stuffing your steak; just slather this sauce on top and you'll be just as pleased. Also, the walnuts give a very five-star appeal to this steak sauce. Enjoy!
