Tangy Lime Chicken Breasts - Crock Pot

Ingredients

* 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
* 1/2 cup soy sauce
* 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
* 2 garlic cloves, minced or grated
* 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

1. Put chicken in crock pot.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over chicken.
2. Cook, covered, on low for 8 hours.

Story

Classic combinations of soy sauce, lime, Worcesteshire sauce, and mustard give this chicken dish a definite widespread appeal. Serve with rice lightly flavored with a little soy sauce, and topped with some green onion tops cut in long strips, and you'll bring the whole meal together.
