* 1 dozen hard boiled eggs, peeled, washed and split in half
* 1/2 C mayonnaise
* 1 TBSP mustard
* 1 tsp red hot sauce
* 1 (6 oz) container white crab meat
* 1/4 C red onion, chopped very fine
1. Place the yolks from the eggs into a blender.
2. Add in half of the mayonnaise.
3. Fold in the mustard and hot sauce and blend well.
4. When the mixture is slightly thick transfer to a bowl.
5. Stir in the remaining mayonnaise, crab and the onion.
6. Fill each half of egg and refrigerate until serving.
