Tasty PB Chocolate Smoothie


* 1 C of chocolate milk, very cold
* 1 banana, peeled and cut into pieces
* 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
* 2 ice cubes, crushed


1. Place the cold chocolate milk into the blender.
2. Carefully add the banana pieces into the milk.
3. Place the peanut butter into the blender.
4. Carefully add in the crush ice.
5. Blend the mixture until combined and very smooth.
6. Pour into glasses and serve right away.


This is a very healthy smoothie that both kids and grownups will love. I have been known to replace the chocolate milk with regular white milk when I'm trying to cut out calories and sugar in my diet. But, the peanut butter and banana really erase any of the guilt I have when I do make this smoothie with chocolate milk, so why not give in?
