If you keep a package of frozen meatballs on hand along with a jar of spaghetti sauce, you never have to wonder what's for dinner. This simple but scrumptious spaghetti dinner is perfect for kids and anyone who enjoys a filling dinner at the end of a long day.
I do love to simmer homemade spaghetti sauce all day, using tons of ingredients, but only when I have the time. Cooking a crockpot version works well when you use a very good jarred spaghetti sauce to begin with. If your jarred sauce lacks imagination, just sprinkle in a teaspoon of oregano or basil to perk it up. That's usually all it takes when you've also added meatballs.
