* 1 c mayonnaise
* 1/2 c chili sauce
* 2 T green pepper, minced
* 1 T chives, diced
* 1 hard boiled egg, minced
* 1 T parsley, minced
* 1 T sweet relish
* 1 T Worcestershire sauce
* 1/4 t salt
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
2. Whisk together until thoroughly blended and creamy.
3. Serve instantly or chill in sealed jar to keep for 1 1/2 to 2 weeks.
Story
I prefer to use this dressing right away while the flavors are fresh, but you can keep it for a while if you wish. It's the perfect salad dressing to have on a 1/4 wedge of iceberg lettuce when you throw that 60's party!
