Turkey Burgers With Sweet Potato Oven Fries

This is a simple little meal to serve friends when they pop over for movie time, game time, or any time! You can spice up the turkey burgers any way you like, but guests always appreciate a good basic recipe.
One thing to notice is that she covered the baking sheet with tin foil. That's crucial whenever you bake sweet potatoes. I ruined my favorite baking sheet because I didn't realize just how much sugar there is in sweet potatoes - and just how black that sugar got as it burns to the surface it's touching. Just thought you'd like to know!
Also, be sure to salt the sweet potatoes while they are very hot right out of the oven. Sprinkle the salt from way up high so it gets a chance to separate and coat the potatoes really well.
