With leftover turkey ruling the day in my kitchen these days, I had to find lots and lots of recipes! Besides turkey soup, turkey chili, and turkey sandwiches, I decided to turn some of my turkey into a classic salad. After all, the diet begins today! Enjoy!
You can tweak this recipe to suit your own taste. Of course, classic Waldorf salad dressing may not be to your family's liking, so alternatives are a good idea. Anything to make the turkey disappear!
