Twice Dipped Chicken Nuggets


*1/4 cup all purpose flour
*1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
*1 cup finely crushed corn flakes cereal
*4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces (mom said we used tenders)
*1/4 cup butter, melted


1. Heat oven to 400F
2. Cut up chicken into cubes
3. Mix flour and seasoned salt into bag/bowl
4. Put cornflakes in another bag/bowl
5. Melt butter
6. Put a few pieces of chicken in the flour mixture and coat
7. Coat them in the butter
8. Coat them in the crushed cornflakes
9. Place in ungreased baking dish
10. Repeat steps 6 through 9 until all chicken is coated
11. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400F until chicken is no longer pink
12. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce
13. ENJOY!!
