Valentine Fruit Medley
Ingredients
*1/4 C canola oil
*1/4 C orange juice
*3 TBSP lemon juice
*2 TBSP sugar
*1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained
*1 (10 oz) can Mandarin oranges, drained
*2 C seedless green grapes, halved
*1 fresh pear, sliced
*1 banana, sliced
*1 apple, sliced
*1/2 C Maraschino cherries, halved
*1/4 C mini marshmallows
Directions
1. Pour the oil into a small mixing bowl.
2. Whisk in the orange and lemon juice.
3. Whisk the sugar into the mixture until completely dissolved.
4. Arrange all the fruit beautifully into a large see-thru salad bowl.
5. Pour the dressing over the entire fruit salad allowing it to drizzle all the way down through the fruit layers.
6. Sprinkle the marshmallows on top of the salad.
