Vanilla Cheese Fruit Dip


* 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
* 3/4 cup brown sugar
* 1/4 cup white sugar
* 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

* assorted sliced fruit (apples, pears, strawberries, etc)


1. Beat the first four ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
2. Serve with your choice of fresh fruit.


Because this dip is so simple, you can serve it with any fruit you want without the dip overpowering the fruit. You can even use it as a dressing, say, mixing it in with a bowl of assorted fruit and serving in dessert cups. Blueberries are a great choice, but experiment with any fruit you like.
