1. Peel, wash, and dice artichokes, potatoes, and onion.
2. Mix butter and seasoning with 1 quart water in saucepan.
3. Cook until tender
4. Once veggies are tender rub through a sieve.
5. Pour liquid into pan and add milk.
6. Bring to boil.
7. If soup is too thick add water until desired consistency.
