* 1 pkg. Morning Star Farm protein crumbles
(can use 2 packages)
* 1 large can of diced tomatoes
* 1 large can of crushed tomatoes
* 2 cans black beans
* 2 cans dark red kidney beans, drained
* 1 large onion, chopped
* 2 bell peppers, chopped
Take all the ingredients and just throw it in the crock pot (slow cooker)
Set it on high and let it go for about 4 hours. Take a peak at it and give it a stir.
Season to taste
Serve with toasted cheese english miffins.
I made this up myself. It's a no brainer, but mighty tasty!
