* 2 1/2 chopped potatoes
* 1 cup chopped onion
* 1 cup chopped carrots
* 1/2 cup chopped celery
* 3 cups water
* 1 package beef stew seasoning mix
* 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into 1" cubes
* 1/4 cup flour
1. Coat beef with flour then put in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well.
2. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours.
