Whole Grain Mustard Green Beans |
Ingredients

*1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
*2 tsp whole grain mustard
*1/2 tsp salt
*1/4 tsp pepper

Directions
|
1. Bring a pot of water to a brisk boil over high heat.
2. Place the beans into a steamer basket and place over the boiling water.
3. Cover and steam the beans for 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp tender.
4. Drain the beans well and place them in a serving bowl.
5. Add the mustard, salt and pepper and toss to coat the beans well.
