Whole Wheat Pizza Crust - Bread Machine


* 2 1/4 C of water
* 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
* 2 tsp salt
* 2 tbsp sugar
* 2 C of whole wheat flour
* 3 3/4 C of bread flour
* 2 tsp instant yeast


1. Add all the ingredients into the bread pan in the order directed by the manufacturer.
2. Select the dough cycle and when the cycle is complete remove the dough and let rest 10 minutes.
3. Separate the dough into thirds and press each third onto a 12 inch pizza pan.
4. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or until just partially baked.
5. Add toppings and bake until done or freeze the crust for later use.


This is a wonderful way to have pizzas ready and waiting for you in your freezer. I like to just freeze the 3 pizza crusts then add fresh ingredients when I want to bake them. So much less expensive than ordering out and certainly more nutritious. Enjoy!
