* 2 C skinless boneless chicken breast, cooked and cubed
* 1/2 C light sour cream
* 1/2 C chunky salsa
* 2 TBSP light mayonnaise
* 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
* 1 C shredded lettuce
* 4 cholesterol free flour tortillas (about 10 inches in diameter)
Directions
1. Fold together sour cream, salsa and mayonnaise.
2. Add chicken and cheese.
3. Mix together well.
4. Place mixture into tortillas evenly down the middle.
5. Add lettuce over top of mixture.
6. Fold tortilla over mixture.
7. Serve.
