1. Remove celery stalks from bunch.
2. Cut away celery leaves and large ends, discard.
3. Clean celery in cold water.
4. Cut each celery stalk into 2" sections.
5. Place cream cheese and sour cream in a mixing bowl.
6. Cream together until smooth.
7. Fold in chopped olives.
8. Stir in walnuts making sure they are mixed in well.
9. Fill each celery section with mixture.
