* 3 cups packed shredded zucchini
* 1 lb plum tomatoes, chopped
* 1 medium onion, chopped
* 1 red bell pepper, chopped
* 1/4 cup dry red wine
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

1. Put everything except fresh basil in crock pot. Mix well.
2. Cook on low, covered, for 7 hours.
3. Add fresh basil, stir, and serve over your favorite pasta.
