6 Ingredient Lasagna Casserole

Ingredients

* 1 pkg. Mini Lasagna noodles
* 1 (8 oz) pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided in half
* 1 egg
* 1 (16 oz) carton ricotta cheese
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 1 (28 oz) jar favorite red spaghetti sauce

Directions

1) Cook noodles and drain.
2) Mix into the noodles 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese, then all the remaining ingredients.
3) Turn this mixture into a 9x13 baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
4) Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
5) Uncover the pan and continue cooking for at least 15 minutes or until cheese is nice and melted.
6) Remove from oven and let sit for 3 to 5 minutes, then serve.

Story

If you want the taste of lasagna but don't want to spend the time with the layering process, this is a quick method to get that great flavor with very little effort. It's also a kid-friendly meal - no onions! Enjoy!
