If you or someone you love is on a sugar-restricted diet, you know how hard it is to find delicious sugar-free recipes for desserts and cookies. By using a really good baking cocoa you get great chocolate flavor and the applesauce adds a nice moistness and sweet flavor without adding real sugar.
