1. Boil hot dogs.
2. Add green food coloring to ketchup, mustard and cream cheese. Be sure to label the ketchup and mustard.
3. Serve hot dogs on buns with relish, ketchup and mustard.
4. Serve with coleslaw as a side dish.
5. Serve with green cream cheese (with a little salt and pepper added for flavor) and crackers.
