Apricot Vinaigrette Chicken |
Ingredients

* 4 (3 oz each) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 1/4 cup fat free vinaigrette dressing
* 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix (about 2 tablespoons)
* 2 Tablespoons apricot spreadable fruit
* non stick cooking spray

Directions
|
1. Turn oven on to 375.
2. Coat bottom and sides of 8" square baking dish with nonstick spray.
3. Put chicken into baking dish.
4. Mix together vinaigrette dressing, soup mix and spreadable fruit in small bowl. Spread mixture on chicken.
5. Place baking dish in preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked through.
