I've used these crunchy garbanzo beans on top of salads, soups, chilis, tacos, burritos, and just about anywhere else that I would have normally added a touch of crunch. Instead of a handful of peanuts to snack on, try filling a bowl with these garbanzo bean snacks. Be sure to bake them long enough for them to turn brown and get a bit crunchy. If you don't, they'll be mushy and you won't win your kids over to this new snack.
