Baked Kale Chips |
Ingredients

* 10 oz. of kale, rinsed well and allowed to dry
* cooking oil
* 1/2 tsp salt
|
Directions
|
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Tear or cut the kale into chip size (about 3") pieces, removing any stems.
3. Arrange the kale onto a baking sheet and toss with cooking oil. Be sure the kale doesn't overlap too much.
4. Sprinkle evenly with the salt and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp.

When baked like this, the kale becomes paper thin, light, and somewhat crispy. This is a nice surprise when served next to homemade potato chips. Enjoy!
