Barbecued Chicken Thighs - Crock Pot

Ingredients

* 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
* 1 (10 oz) can tomato soup
* 3/4 cup vinegar
* 1 medium onion, chopped fine
* 2 1/2 Tblsp. brown sugar
* 1 Tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions

1. Layer bottom of crock-pot with chicken thighs.
2. In a medium bowl, put remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3. Add mixture to crock-pot.
4. Cook, covered, for 7 hours on low.

Story

Chicken thighs are a great value, in case you haven't been checking out the meat department lately. If you automatically grab chicken breasts to cook, and you are not on a restricted diet, chicken thighs could really be a budget saver. And, they're pretty darn tasty, too! If your kids are complaining about chicken breasts being "too dry, Mom", give the thighs a chance and see what happens. Be sure to remove the skins if you want to control the calories and fat a bit.
