There are a lot of beef stew recipes out there, but I love when the results are packed with combinations of tangy and sweet. Using beer, soy sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar is the secret to this delicious beef stew. Any one of those ingredients would help, but when you put them all together you are guaranteed a real winner! You can serve this as is, or, like I do, serve it over some buttery extra-wide egg noodles. It makes a real husband-pleasing meal.
