Easy Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

1 banana
3/4 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup skim milk (or whole milk if it’s for a child)
1/2 cup crushed ice

Directions

Mix for 30 seconds in a blender or until smooth.

Story

when blueberries are in season, fresh are great, but honestly, using the frozen ones works great, too. Get a good quality frozen blueberry, though, so you're not disappointed. Blend this up until it's nice and frothy, especially if you're serving it to little ones. They'll think they got an ice cream treat instead of something healthy!
