This is a very tasty rub for ribs. Just clean and trim your ribs as usual, then take a handful of this dry rub and gently pat and rub all the surfaces of the ribs. Try not to over-rub the ribs or rub them too hard. You don't need to be too careful but you don't want to break up the meat either.
If you're cooking short ribs, just throw them in a big bowl or bag and shake them up with the rub.
