If you've ever considered using brownie mix for something other than brownies, this is it. This is really super! That nice rich brownie taste and texture make the perfect "pizza crust" for a fruit pizza. There is nothing light about this pizza, but it is so wonderfully satisfying. I guess you could consider the fruit as your salute to a healthy diet, before you dig into the chocolate! Great treat for a kids party.
